Honey & Lemon Tea for Sore Throat and Cough Relief 🍯🍋

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (raw, organic preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup of warm water (not boiling)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water to a warm temperature (not boiling, as too much heat can destroy the beneficial properties of honey).
  2. Stir in the honey until it’s fully dissolved.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Sip the tea slowly for soothing relief from a sore throat and cough.
