Arthritis-Relief Cherry Juice

 


Cherries are rich in antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, which have been shown to reduce inflammation and pain. 

This makes cherry juice an ideal natural remedy for arthritis sufferers.

 To make it, blend two cups of fresh or frozen tart cherries with one cup of water. 

For extra anti-inflammatory benefits, add a small piece of ginger or half a teaspoon of turmeric.
