Healing Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

 

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
    • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
    3. Once warm, add honey or syrup, stir, and pour into a mug for a cozy, anti-inflammatory drink.
