Lemon-Tahini Detox Salad

 


  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
    • 1/2 cup grated carrots
    • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
    • 1 tbsp tahini
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional: a sprinkle of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, combine the kale, carrots, and cucumber.
    2. In a separate small bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
    3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well, adding seeds for extra nutrients and crunch.
