Overnight Oats for Energy and Balance

 


  • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup fresh berries
    • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. In a jar, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
    2. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
    3. In the morning, add berries and nut butter, if desired, for a balanced breakfast.
