Soothing Turmeric-Ginger Tonic

 

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup warm water
    • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
    • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Add the turmeric, ginger, and lemon juice to the warm water.
