  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tsp nettle leaf (rich in iron and other minerals)
    • 1 tsp dandelion root or leaf (supports liver health, aiding in better absorption)
    • 1/2 tsp yellow dock root (a mild iron-rich herb)
    • 1 cup hot water
  • Instructions: Steep herbs in hot water for 10-15 minutes, strain, and drink. You can add a bit of honey or lemon for taste.
